Pricing Model

To offer clarity and fairness, my transcription service is priced on a per-minute basis. You only pay for the actual length of your audio or video recording, ensuring transparency and predictability in budgeting.

My Working Process:

Using my in-depth understanding of client needs, meticulous research skills, and advanced subtitling software, I manage subtitling projects from start to finish, delivering subtitles that meet your exact requirements. 

I follow the Netflix standards when working on subtitles. I can also follow other standards if you wish. 

1. Assessment and Quotation:
   Initial evaluation of your audiovisual content, establishing project scope and timelines.

2. Detailed Client Consultation:
   Clarifying specific needs and preferences related to style, tone, format, and audience expectations.

3. Transcription:
   Transcription of the audio, if ordered.

4. Translation and Subtitling:
   Translation (with a CAT-tool, if you want), spotting, and timing, performed with precision using Subtitle Edit.

5. Quality Control:
   Rigorous proofreading and technical verification to ensure accuracy and compliance.

6. Delivery:
   Subtitles delivered in your preferred format, normally .srt, ready for integration into your videos.

How Subtitles Are Created and Localized

Subtitle translation and production typically follow three stages:

1. Transcript & Timecoding

   • I transcribe the video’s audio track word-for-word.

   • I insert timecodes into the transcript so each line matches the exact in-/out points in the video.

2. Translation & Proofreading

   • I translate the transcribed text into the target language.

   • I review and proofread for accuracy, style, and natural flow.

3. SRT Assembly & Quality Check

   • I build the final .srt file using the translated, time-coded transcript.

   • I test the subtitles over the video to confirm synchronization, character limits, and readability.
